It also creates a sense of unity among the whole staff members which leads to healthcare organization’s goals being achieved.

This is why when you are asked to hire someone to make sure that they fit the profile and have the correct behavior and experience that is required from them in the field. In the case of an emergency, you must be flexible and must have good decision-making skills to make the decisions that are in favor of the community. For this, you must be ready at all times to react and manage your staff and patients in such an event.
